It is a historic/scenic river town dating back to the logging industry. 30 minutes outside of downtown Minneapolis, with a population less than 20 or so thousand.

Since I wasn’t planning on moving it’s not a flip but we spent a ton of money on improvements and maintenance I just don’t see us recovering even though the neighborhood just 8 minutes west of downtown minneapolis.
