An LLC structure, or even a dual-layered one with a holding company, could be a smart move.But if you're leaning more towards syndications and private placements as a limited partner, you might want to think about this when your net worth hits a million.

(I've seen some people do Mexico and south america) I can get my dual citizenship in Germany so I've pondered the idea since I may move there one day.Haven't found much anywhere on investing in Europe though, so anyone who can share anything would be very helpful.

Now in many other states you can get a deficiency from a home owner.. and in many states its dual action you get both  property back and judgment.

@Shantul Nigam there is no provision in CT that bars an agent from representing both the buyer and the seller in a transaction (this is referred to as dual agency).

You may need to purchase an $8-$10 test meter from your local hardware store (one that plugs into outlets to verify whether voltage is present or not) and maybe a voltage tester as well.  

. :)  remember you are max leveraged and with commercial loans are doing PG I am sure and .. not only that Texas is dual action state if you default your going to get personally sued.. that would be my main concern.. is that much debt 3 million worth 10k a month spread between partners.. for me NO WAY..
