The three day work shops tell you a lot but you really do not know how to execute anything after words.

Secondly, you definately need to educate yourself with much of the basics right here on BP first and for Free. this way, you have a basic understabnding of many startegies,. terms, etc. and then can understand and more importantly, apply what you learn in a valid (and not too expensive) seminar or workshop taught by an actual investor who does what he teaches (in otherwords, is an investor first, and speaker/educator second)

In fact, I learned an interesting statistic in a workshop today...Just five years ago, roughly 11% of single family homes were occupied by renters.

It has an acre of land with a 4b3b house (2 bathrooms are unfinished), a studio casita with an unfinished bathroom, an unfinished garage and 2 unfinished workshops.

What really did it for me was the weekly meetings/ Daily conference calls/weekend work shops and direct mentor access.

I did do a shot weekend workshope to short money many years ago but otherwise have just gotten a lot of the books and the CashFlow game.
