that is the point @Chris Seveney is making one simply needs to look at Peer st BK to see how that works. unsecured notes are just that and are last in priority in the case of a water landing and you wont know that happens until it happens everything is great up to that point..

Buying MLS crap for $80,000 and than needing to put in another $5,000 - $10,000 to make it rent ready.Gotta be something in the water on the West Coast lol
