@Cam Clinger I am a 'travel hacker' and my favorite card out there right now is the Chase Sapphire Reserve.

If I answer the phone, a hacker could record my voice and use it to access other accounts that need the sound of my voice for access.

I am a house-hacker myself in the Seattle area.

@Jason Arvin - that's interesting because normally the 3-4 units are a nice niche because a lot of house hackers buy duplexes figuring they can live in 1 unit while renting the other.

On another note, there are rent by the room leases for house hackers so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to have a separate lease for the ADU.Rob

My husband and I just bought our 2nd duplex house hacker style in Southern NH.
