That's harder and more time consuming.I have not taken her class, but I've listened to some of her podcasts and read some of her stuff and while perhaps a little expensive looks like excellent info for Florida... https://www.facebook.com/QueenOfTaxDeeds/ I'm sure there are others who charge more and know less.I would probably not invest education money in any of the nationwide type gurus that come through town teaching tax lien investing. 

Buy and hold might be more my style after this experience!  

There is an additional cost to pay for them to inspect the crawl space which saved me a lot of money when we saw the effects of the blowout underneath the newly floored bathroom and how they supported the floor with 2x4's directly into the ground with no concrete footings or anything.The owner also teaches  at a local community college on how to inspect the different systems in a house. 

It teaches you about MN law, and they have a companion book. 

Please make sure you or workers wear cartridge style air respirator when removing that carpet and spraying with any of these strong chemicals also probably should wear a white tyvek style suit etc. 

Keep in mind that styles vary wildly.

Seems like there are very few really knowledgeable people who teach/share.She seems to be one.I've watched/listened to some of her stuff and I would think her information is useful.

I know the music school you mention in your post- I used to teach on a college campus down the street!
