Individual securities, indexes of equity markets, bonds, Futures, swaps, commodities,currency, Mutual Funds or ETF's of stocks or bonds?

I wonder if anyone's ever considered creating a Bigger Pockets "swap shop" for us STR owners to visit each other's places? 

I have only been on this site for a couple of weeks but this puts driven like minded investors together to brainstorm, swap ideas, network as well as partnering up to engage in investments that they may not have been able to do by themselves for financial or geographic reasons.

But today, with the current credit crisis partly rooted in America, (with frozen risky Credit Default Swaps, C/Mortgarge backed Securities) and with the rising economic might of China (whom we owe 2.2 trillion) and a unified Europe (European Union/G20), OUR dominance is being challenged.

I will be in town next week and would love to meet up with others to network and swap stories! 

Every six months the come in, test the detectors, and swap out/recharge the extinguishers.

I draw the line with hot swapping. 

I am not sure if it is time to start hedging with credit default swaps but it is probably time to start reducing leverage.

Try swapping it with a hood when a resident has become used to it and see how that goes.

Shoot, all those places that require you to completely update wiring when you swap out a panel are positively criminal and just trying to squash your capitalistic spirit and inhibit your ability to make a profit.
