We jsut arrived to a new duty station and built a home only 18 months before.

I’ve heard of other active duty members buying properties at each duty station, and then renting them out.

The property we are interested in is a duplex listed for ~750K, in an area that's high tax, but good school system and close to train station.

At least the passengers will be coming into the new Penn Station and have access to some of the best new office space to work at with Hudson Yards and future Hudson West coming up.
