The licensed real estate agents have a duty to make sure the parties rights are adhered to.The Listing Agent isn't subject to another commission, they have the contractual right to it, if it is so stated in the Seller signed Listing Agreement and they double end the transaction (represent both buyer and seller = dual agency, which can be very dangerous in a litigious society- but hey, liars need to earn a living too!)

I'd put his reasoning at just slightly above that of the Flat-Earth Society (which, at least, makes its arguments with tongue firmly implanted in cheek).I think it's too bad that there's not a rational criticism of the Kiyoski book(s), because in general I do think he says a lot of things that are either wrong or misleading, but I wouldn't count on Reed to figure it out.

For example, the IRS may tell you that carpet lasts 12 years while the American Society of Home Inspectors might tell you 15 - 20.I prefer to use HUD Guide to life expectancy.Even still, this doesn't mean carpet will wear out and have to be replaced every 5-7 years.
