I got two friends and my little sister to go in with me on investing in a single family in a dilapidated neighborhood for $31k (8.2k per person) in South Jersey.

My brother and sister are entering college soon so I would like to help them buy properties to house hack!

My Cousin, Brother and Sister/Brother in law have all lived in Panama; you have to have someone watching your place. 

I put my money to work for me (investments) whereas my sister works to live comfortably.

The attorney I also has a sister company of accountants.

She sounded so nice on the phone, it was going to be her and her sister for a weekend out of the city; then my housekeeper called and told me she filled 7 large garbage bags with trash from the home (for a three night stay!)

In my area, which is serviced by 2 or 3 MLS systems, it's actually easier to find a listing on Zillow for basic data than on the MLS, where I might have to log in on my MLS, search for the house, discover it's not in our system, then log off and be a guest at a sister MLS.  

I love Oregon, my sister lives in Ashland, & was looking around there, but I’m open.

One day, my sister needed a place to stay so I agreed to buy something for her and charge her a very very modest rent, but that fell through. 

In the spring of 2020 we purchased our 8th, a single family home, with my sister and her husband.
