The porch roof is metal so that will stay white, repaint the doors in a fairly strong contrasting color but the red is too much.

If it were mine, for a rental,I would caulk it, putty knife smooth, and put a border of red crushed granite around the patio, with pavers in it.Draw the eye somewhere else, because if you paint it, you will have to repaint it.And in the desert sun, I always wonder how long paint will last.The pic below has tan rocks, which is another option.( would choose the crushed granite over the rocks on a rental because kids throw rocks, and they will get under the mower and cause Gardner complaints.)Good Luck!

Most turnovers will cost minimum 1-2k and that’s if it’s basic paint touch up and cleaning.You shouldn’t have to repaint the full unit every turnover.

Ask yourself would you take a little less than 1% for a tenant that is more likely to treat my home better and stay multiple years, or get a tiny more cash flow, but have to do evictions, repaint, carpet every year.Hope this helps.

If you have a lot of chipped paint around the unit scrape it off and repaint it is all .
