Basic inside outside paint and remodel bathroom and kitchen, some minor electrical and refinish hardwood flooring (hidden under carpet :) ). 

All I need to do is paint and some minor repairs upstairs , strip out some shelves and odds and ends in the unfinished basement and paint walls ceiling and floor .

In total, I probably spent 2 hours painting, 3 hours cleaning and about $60 on cleaning supplies. 

Remember. with exposed brick there is no framing, no sheetrock, no nails, no taping no mudding and no painting!

Never marry anyone who cannot handle a paint brush and lay Allure flooring!

Condo insurance only covers from the drywall out, it doesnt cover paint, appliances, flooring, fixtures etc.

They present their social media followers with a series of curated options for a specific area of each house, and their channels vote to decide on a lot of the finishes of the home - paint colors, carpets, door knobs, light/lamps, kitchen layout, etc, etc.The social media houses aren't especially lucrative, as they only do about 2 per year.

Things like the Sheetrocking, paint, floor coverings, Bathroom fixures, Kitchen cabinets, plumbing & heating within the unit, etc.... could be included in your unit meaning you need to insure them.
