There’s a guy in my neck of the woods that moves houses, but you would basically be practically giving him the house.If you was simply speaking of relocating the houses and keeping them yourself then I guess that’s a whole different story.

Great advice @jonathanrmclaughlin, I believe you’re right he does have some cash and a few nice muscle cars he must not have any credit because he did bring up renting to own I don’t have an interest in selling it right now it’s cash flowing $2100 per month for me right now, barring any repairs etc , i’ll revisit my market numbers as you said thank you sir

You get the point... on paper their gross income would exceed 3x the rent, but they are up to their neck with debt and will probably have a hard time scraping by.
