Hey Calvin, after two weeks what do you think of the platform?

Both of these platforms are great for providing property information, but a lot of times you won't be the first to reach out on them. 

I am looking for recommendations for an online service or platform to help me find someone that can do a few task for a property that I may looking into.

But legit questions that are "higher level" or questions specific to my area or experience, for example, I am happy to hazard a response, because I've learned a lot from BP, and will pay it forward to real investors, not someone who's bored on a Saturday and will never buy an investment property in their existence.  

Utilizing platforms and tools that offer market insights (AirDNA, Rankbreeze, Wheelhouse, PriceLabs, Smart Pricing) and competitive analysis can help you price your property optimally throughout the year.

I currently have a tenant in a home I am managing, I have been using Avail and as of recent I don't like the platform, I have noticed that my tenant like to edit the payment after the due date and that makes the collection date longer (Avail takes a whole week or more to get the rent in).

I am Legit looking for a short-term rental near the Gulf of Mexico so I can begin to act on the sail around the world in a sailboat dream.

They also tell you that you'll get Kris's personal cell phone number.. ha. yeah right. the guy legit never responds and when you call, it goes to a pre-recorded message that sounds soooo fake - its clearly not his real number and he doesn't get back to you with any valuable information.
