Of corse, I'm 29 and single, so your mileage may vary :)I think about low income people, those (like I was) who are starting a business and need to eliminate most expenses, poor or homeless, and people who just dont need much room.

For example, there are homeless veterans and there's a government program to provide housing for them.That's what I did with a 48 unit building.

It was all about both of us calling the case worker daily, being polite and respectful, and asking them to push it up to avoid this tenant from being homeless.
