Convey this to the web designer and you will have much better results.There are no magic bullet or short cuts to being a top producer.

Do not expect this to be a shortcut in that manner.

They rather do shortcuts then analyzing what actually works and make a deal.So you will do the website route.Get a website, make it credible and make it awesome.

I'm saying this because I would like to advise you that it takes a lot of prep work to learn this business and odds are your going to have to pay a lot of money for a short cut (which really won't be a short cut) or spend  a lot of time researching and learning your craft.Reach out to me and I will have some questions for your to see if I can put you in contact with him, but if this is your first ever deal and you haven't learned the basics of real estate investing or wholesaling and applied them already, this strategy is going to be a very difficult one for you to do and I would advise against it for someone who is just starting out.Just my two cents and I wish you the Best of Luck 

I've been walking through here for years and didn't see that other path... think I'll check it out...And then wondering why No one else has ever taken that path....No this can't be a shortcut....

I know people tend to take short cuts and skip permits and inspections.

I use this information to eliminate all but the type that interest me and fit my criteria.There are lists available however what's vacant today may be occupied tomorrow so boots on street become essential to confirm what mailing does not.When someone works hard to devise a system to identify certain property characteristics, there is little motivation to share with others who may use the info in a haphazard manner.

I guess what I am trying to say is there are no easy answers or shortcuts.

Don't take any shortcuts in the initial stages, get a business plan, talk to an attorney, etc.....

If you want cheap and fast, expect them to take shortcuts and have quality suffer.As others mentioned and I will add a few more to the list, integrity, attitude, commitment, dependability, verifiable performance history, and good old common sense are all necessary qualities for a good contractor and one that has all of them is an EXCELLENT CONTRACTOR!
