So many ways to go about this but I've been enjoying immersing myself with knowledge through podcasts, books, and the mistakes of others from meeting RE investors at REIA and meetup groups.

I won't deny that its not as nice as areas like Southpark and Golden Hill that are within the 92102 area code, but we enjoy living here.

It was a very busy time but it was also a very enjoyable experience .My dad came to Roanoke every weekend and helped me build the house so I got to spend a lot of quality time with him and learn a lot about construction in the process.

I've visited and enjoyed the Sarasota/Bradenton area and that is relatively close to Tampa, but also has a mid-sized airport locally (Elite Airways flies direct from PWM to Sarasota, as far as I know). 

I enjoy discussing about REI.

I really should not need to worry about hang around being a landlord and I should wait for end of lease to sell and enjoy the cash flow for the time being.

I really do enjoy accounting, especially taxation, due to my prior internships.
