The unit is a brand new renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath with a full kitchen, laundry room, dining room and living room.

Perhaps if there is tremendous development around the new stadium, that the residences would use for shopping and dining, then maybe that would indirectly cause residential prices to rise. 

Then we define shared areas as all other areas of the house (living room, dining room, etc).The rest of the lease is very similar to any traditional lease.Lastly, we do attach a sheet with "House Rules".

@Armani EmonYou might consider going up one size on the post card.I always get a kick out of sitting at the dining room table with a seller, and they pull out a stack of 4x6 postcards, all stacked nicely.

Most of these houses have dining rooms and they're usually set up: Living room, dining room, kitchen - all in a line behind each other.

There were several comments about no room for a dining table but is there any reason it can't go in the kitchen?

No gas in the kitchen.It is a 9'x11' kitchen with an adjacent dining area ~9'x9'.
