I've spent countless hours on google maps looking for these properties just so I can get in contact with these owners take them to lunch and get their story.

After living in this town for 38 years and doing countless hours of volunteer service, we and our plumber are liars!! 

They spend countless hours setting up the software and keeping it up-to-date just to track that their tenant paid rent on the first, which they probably already know in their head.The purpose of software (even an excel spreadsheet) is to retain information you can't keep in your head and/or to simplify your processes.

Embarking on this venture taught us countless lessons and presented its fair share of challenges.

I took my real estate agent pre-licensing course (and am planning on taking the exam mid-August after my summer classes), read countless BP books by Brandon Turner, J Scott, David Greene, etc., listened to HOURS of the BP podcast, posted nearly 100 times on the forums, and connected with several people in the industry, chatting through the forums and over phone.

It provided a solid foundation, but I (According to many-wisely)opted to not invest exponentially more of my hard earned savings for further courses with them.Since then, I have spent countless hours researching, and networking at my local REIA to build knowledge and contacts. 

I spent countless hours every week on BP, answering questions, explaining concepts. 

Downside: Double NAT (2) will likely occur, which can be a problem for some guests esp gamers or remote workers that will have specific internet issues with port forwarding

Just something to add here on the whole "invasion of privacy" that has been mentioned.I have called countless owners, large investors, small investors, single fam owners, large apartments, everything in between.No one has ever asked me how I got there number, no one has ever not wanted to talk to me.
