I know young is the best time to invest Because I have time on my side- I'd love to know how it all works start to finish.I've read, listened to, wrote notes about a lot of things and now it's time to apply the information but I'm a visual learner -- Somehow I wish I could shadow a legit deal, from start to finish - --from first email/call to the last signature needed to close -- Therefore I know exactly how it works.

Ideally, I visualize purchasing a property that is vacant, fixing it up to my standards and then beginning fresh with new tenants with my own rules (such as having coin operated laundry with one year leases that do not include utilities).
