I hate to beat that dead horse Keep in mind one person may manage better or differently than the next therefore the net number is difficult to determine because it will fluctuate greatly depending on the property condition, management, and many other factors.

It's like buying a home and the electric water pump and etc... were taken out and sold.If the well has enough water you can water your lawn, or a herd of horses with it...Some of those old wells are only drawing from near surface water and may have contaminants if you drink or bath in it-- it might not even be drinkable safely by animals.If it was drawing from an aquifer down deep with good drinking water that would be best.In your area the bored well may be appurtenance, and the pump and windmill gear may be too, or the mechanicals may be personal property (???)
