He has to find ways to milk his customer for more and more by adding new fees.

I don't think it hurts though to wear jacket and tie if your comfortable in it and used to it.. but you sure don't want to go into a banker meeting looking like you just milked some cows or crawled off of a job site..  

If that's the case, you're looking at even more being skimmed off the top.

@John Thedford has in his post the definition that Florida uses for Equity Skimming per FL statute.

Those goats eat anything and provide fresh organic milk, cheese, meat in a pinch.

My only concern is this money will no longer be pre- taxed so the 5% i am skimming is now closer to 3% i would guess, and i just gave 2% to the government.

If this broker really is skimming rent from this place (i.e., he has rented it without authorization and is pocketing the rent) he should be reported to the state board. 

Then milk you for free rent and steal everything on the way out.
