Hello all, I have a prospective tenant for a rent by room strategy, we're in initial stages (he hasn't officially filled out the application to verify his credit score) and he is letting me know he filed bankruptcy in 2020, but his credit score should be above 620. 

@Brandon Malone  No physical key given to the tenant but either have one with a trusted person who is available or in a lock box on site.

Also, the Recent Supreme Court Ruling Striking down the Chevron ruling, takes away a lot of power of unelected officials, most of the IRS papers are not based on actual rules, but interpretations of code.

The one-time price is still available, and honestly, I love the lead pipes system for quick looking up loan information and who owns the house. you can do this through the local appraisal district site as well, but I like this site.
