I am currently in my junior year of high school, and I have all AICE and AP classes, which allows me to get a full ride to college.

What’s your main focus, or what are you hoping to get out of your journey here?

That's a steal, if you were going through me we'd be at 75-100k for this huge project.

I had planned on buying a new primary residence  that needs a rehab that i can get way under market value.

Id say the main question here to decide if there is a conflict of interest.....is the person saying buy rentals....are they buying rentals themselves?

It’s becoming clear to me that relationships play a huge role, not just in getting started but in long-term success as well.

And we had a large inground pool at our residence, really for the kids.
