I have watched loads of the BP podcasts. and feel I'm almost ready to jump in when I get back stateside.

While initial cost may be a little higher, the money and time can save in the long run is well worth it to me plus the piece of mind I have knowing my tenants are safe and I have someone watching over my property electronically when I am not there.  

I've been watching a million videos, reading a lot of books, websites, ect. 

So I just made my account on here and wanted to jump right in if I may....I've been looking into wholesaling for the past week, watching videos, reading articles, etc.

I have watched a ton of house flipping shows on television, thought to myself of what it would be like to become successful at it then become financially independent.

I have been watching some of Grant Cardone's videos on YouTube and he always suggests going big. 

I sat by and watched a couple of better deals pass by without any cash in hand because of the money I had wrapped up in this deal. 

All I know is that in my experience roof stock touches base on everything you have said you do not want to do, for example “play landlord” you basically just sit back and watch the money roll in (given it is a good investment).  

I evaluated this using a spreadsheet that I created after watching Brandon's 4 square method. 

I’ve been watching it for awhile and crunching numbers and I definitely would like to buy it.
