@Jennifer Rysdam  usually if I offer for this building I am the first choice which gets you used to people accepting. this was a wake up but life does change.

I have rented it for nearly $200 more a month than the appraisal said was the max it would get the entire time I've had it.So all I really met were the title company that we used to close with and that was the seller's choice.... 

Keller Williams is def the best choice..

But financing could be an issue as current status would limit choices for financing

In my opinion,  it could be a good choice, depending on your situation.
