Always have your nose in a book, but at the same time don't let that stop you from taking action...definitely start browsing Redfin/Zillow, start talking to a good investor-friendly agent in your area, go to REI meetups, analyze properties, and start writing some offers - you'll crush it!

Notes: I've tried browsing on two computers and an Android phone with the same results.

I have been reading through career sites and browsing job postings but most of the suggested positions that populate are for realtors and brokers.

I was browsing different markets across the country recently and after a while, I realized that even though some are cheaper than where I currently live (Salem Oregon), I'm not convinced that any of them are better than here so I've decided to just focus on the market here instead.

I know I need to find something other than Zillow to browse the market, I’m one of the podcast episodes it says I should get my real estate license even just so I can browse the MLS more efficiently, what do you think?
