- Budget- Permits- Foundation- Demolition- Framing - Windows and Doors- Roofing- Exterior Siding- HVAC Rough-In- Plumbing Rough-In- Electrical Rough-In- Structured Wiring Rough-In (Internet, Ethernet, Coax, Speakers, etc)- Insulation Batts- Framing Punchout (misc framing needed to account previous trades cutting holes and maybe needing soffits due to hvac or plumbing)- Drywall (Hang, Tape, Skim, and Sand)- Insulation Blow-In (if needed)- Trim (Base, Case, Crown, Kitchen Cabinets, Vanities, Etc)- 1st Paint- Granite Templating- Ceramics / Tile- Vinyl- HVAC Final- Electrical Final- Hardwood Flooring- Plumbing Final- Structured Wiring Final- Install Granite- First Clean (clean up all bathrooms and kitchens)- Drywall Point Up (takes care of all over cuts or mis-cuts from above contractors)- 2nd Paint- Carpet- Drywall Blue Tape- Paint Touch Up- Final Clean (remove hardwood floor coverings and plastic on the carpets)- Punchout (your guy to do the grout caulking, door adjusting, fine tuning)

That people who want to be in downtown but either cannot afford it or cannot find somewhere to rent are coming into this area and that they don't want to go any further than West Blue Ridge.Can anyone with extensive knowledge either from living in the area or investing in the area offer their opinion and maybe even some resources of further information.

The black wire from box goes to the device and the device has a black and blue wire which you can connect to light and fan, then just leave your switch on all the time, and just use the remote control that comes with it.

The upstairs needs carpet...Old blue steps lead up and the entire floor upstairs is painted blue...This is lead paint which im not sanding or adding the expense of painting over except for on the side walls above the stairs.

The rest of the state will slowly follow suit once our Democrat governer is elected out of office.The work force is highly skilled and manufacturing centric, but the union mentality has tarnished things since there's an entitlement sentiment among the blue collar workers.
