The judge also made us file a written motion for a particular hearing, regardless of DC code (i.e., DC law) actually stating that a written motion is not required for the particular type of hearing we requested, and then scheduled the hearing 4 weeks out.

Any advise would be appreciated as today they filed a "Motion for Judgment Entry Confirming Sale and Ordering Distribution of Sale Proceeds" this motion doesn't state anything regarding the sale that I purchased the property at, but the docket does show the "Order Of Sale Returned" with my  name and documentation in the docket.Any assistance is greatly appreciated.Thank you,Landon

I like it because it's a uniform non-discriminatory way of qualifying a tenant.
