Luckily, my units have W/D hookups immediately next to an outside door, so transporting is not a big issue. 

And as Steve mentioned and posted the link......her case is against the landlord for costs arising from his/her failure to pay the mortgage, damages can also be dictated by state law, like remaining rents left on the lease, motel bills, I've seen transportation costs searching for another place and food bills because they couldn't cook at home!

I get around a little slower with this healing fractured neck of mine using public transportation.

Mainly transportation.We've got a deep water sea port, multiple interstate freeways, rail lines, and an airport that will take an USAF C-5 Galaxy heavy lift transport plane.  

I am utilizing this space for transportation purposes.

I'm also speculating that the rents will go up over the next few years based on city's plans to add more transportation and other nearby developments to the area (but that's a bonus).
