If we DO find nonrecourse loans, I assume the interest rates are higher (how much higher should we expect)?

We would like to sell them and use a 1031 exchange to purchase a larger tract of land that we expect to close on before the end of the year.   

We have a preferred lender who studied the past election years and noticed the effect, but due to the pandemic and the normalizing of our market, can we expect there to be a surge come Jan 1 with the election being over and interest rates stepping down to affordable rates?

Expecting the landlord to take the time to do a detailed check of the cleanliness and then do an a-la-carte cleaning is not a reasonable expectation, in my opinion.  

Emotional support pets are pets- people print up paperwork from the internet so their landlord will allow them to have a pet- they expect their untrained pet to be treated as a service animal, which is a slap in the face to those hard working, trained animals and to the people who train them.

What does the city expect will happen when you tie the hands of the police department and make the regulations so dire for investment; why would any major developer go and invest in the city?

Don't expect anything nearly like google maps, but if you can track this down, it can be an easy way to track down information based on looking at a map.
