Hello,I am interested in commercial real estate with a focus on land leases, NNN, and hosting utility-scale renewable energy projects.  

When I scale I do plan on using one

I’ve sort of been doing one or two deals at a time here and I’m trying to scale up to multiple deals at once so finding a lender that will help me by allowing me keep more of my cash on hand would be a great way for me to scale forward. 

That would be the ideal software but don't think it exists.Thinking in the future if I wanted to scale and buy more properties I'd like to have the ability to open more accounts for each property.Any input appreciated on the best way to set this up!

While at Auben, I rarely lost sleep over inspections because our size and scale allowed me to see every home somewhere (often everywhere) in the process.

If you are good at flips you might as well scale it.
