As your looking for a mentor (which everyone recommends for good reason) approach in in 4 ways. 1) Start doing some pre-work like reading a few books, listen to some podcasts, watch the free training videos on bigger pockets. 2) Put some time in thinking what investing strategy really interests you (and there is no way they all do). 3) Take some time and write out a little resume of what you offer.
