An all day cram course was also offered for only $50, and it was extremely helpful to have a quick refresher a few days before the exam itself.Like Marc Middleton said, it's only 10% Math, so memorize those numbers and you will knock those out of the park.

Hey, Warren, Lots of good tips here, basically calling for Refreshing the House/ Listing and Presenting it again.I know it's been Hot in So Cal lately, but having the water on alone the past couple months should have helped the lawn.As most said,  do the repairs, light staging won't hurt and give your house some pop to it.

I also find it to be buggy at times, dropping login info to my accounts or not refreshing them right.That actually played to my advantage recently, however, where it failed to refresh the activity on one of my credit cards and that allowes me to spot some fraudulent activity that had already been wiped from my CC statement.
