Agree with @Robert Belz above.Sketch out what you would like your site outline in powerpoint or even just a sketch pad.

I would only rank 4-5 other US markets above Columbus in terms of opportunity and under-saturation with investors.

Site selection, estimating/detailed budgeting, all labor/material/soft costs are an open book with no markup/GC fee, and i own all site management from groundbreaking to closing.- Total cost of these projects would range between $390k-$550K.

Some ideas: posting on forums; reach out to your network; college campuses; business relocation sites; and yes, social media :) Use a good screening procedure to weed out unqualified applicants.
