I noticed people just wanted a conversation to plead why their credit is bad or they just want to see the place in person.

That property sold at auction in 1990 for 900k and there were no bidders... we were in second position at 200k and got wiped out... my investors at the time did not want to bring it current and own the thing as much as I pleaded with them that they should do that.it sold in 1998 for 3.4 mil.  

If the answer is no then by omitting key and crucial facts that could make the case to appear to be fraud.Everyone is entitled to their due process and not guilty until proven otherwise in a court of law.   

If there was not insurance in place and you have proof that Andy indicated there was, then he is guilty of fraud.

Someone with a minor drug conviction could have pleaded it down.

😭guilty as charged but last time I was there .. changes in the outlying areas was good and evident there are still place to avoid in Detroit no question.. just like all big rust belt cities. 

I would feel guilty talking anyone out of going to college, however, I see where you are coming from.I went overboard with 2 degrees (marketing and hotel/restaurant management) and an MBA. -- If I knew that I was going into real estate, I would have stopped with my marketing degree and dove into real estate (networking like crazy right after college).
