As far as "private vs corporate owned" I'll be honest I don't have an exact number off the top of my head (I'm sure we can find out though) but there is a pretty common pattern that a doctor will start one location, and then scale over a year or 2 to 3-5 locations and at that point they start to get the attention of Private equity and larger "franchise" groups who then tend to come in and offer a buyout.

When we look at a house we're not just attempting math on "a small number of data points"; we're looking at millions when you factor in the design / feel / smell / emotions produced / etc / etc.I think there's a misunderstanding here: What I meant is that the human brain sucks compared to algorithms when you look at thousands and maybe millions of numbers and trying to identify the underlying mathematical patterns.
