Just as numerous scholarly studies have shown that the number of actively-managed mutual funds that outperform the market (i.e. the index for the relevant asset class) are no more than one would expect from pure chance, I'm sure there are plenty of ill-conceived techniques for REI market evaluation -- but I also suspect there are a couple of 'tried-and-true' principles that are worth consideration.

I would help out on the move if possible.The only potential problem I see is there is basically no incentive for the tenant to put in 110% effort to help me sell the property since she is getting a reduced rent (I'm having flashbacks of the movie "Stepbrothers" when they pull all kinds of shenanigans in order to keep their parents' house from selling!).

Even after all these years of personal experience and education, I continue to read approximately 2 hours or more a day to continue to educate and evolve.Moreover, I have spent many hours reading actual state statutory laws and federal laws.Probably most importantly, I have spent many hours with numerous mentors, very experienced and seasoned mentors that are my father’s age or older.
