Why is it so hard to understand that trading equity in Real Estate can be very beneficial and easily doable?

KREIA (and BP, of course) has been enormously beneficial to me and my real estate business and I would encourage anyone in our market to join this organization and get involved ASAP. 

I thought it would be beneficial to learn even more, plus gain the ability to tour houses and make offers without a middle-man... if I can make some money on the side helping other buy/sell, that's a bonus too.

I would like to know if anyone has any feedback or information concerning these two programs (i.e. are they reputable, are the beneficial, etc.).

One thing that I haven't done yet but I think will be beneficial for me is hopping in a plane for a few hours and flying a predetermined path noting new growth, infrastructure construction etc.

I want to make sure it’s a proposal that is beneficial for both of us and that they do well enough to want to continue to invest, however I want to profit as well.

How beneficial is it to have W2 income?

But not sure if investing in the area would be beneficial or not. 

I recently read someplace that it is more beneficial to register my LLC in Nevada although I do business in Texas.

If so wouldn’t it be beneficial to get a cost segregation done to take advantage of the 100% bonus depreciation to get a bigger refund and invest in another property?
