Any time you have a major expense you either need to make a capital contribution to your LLC (quick, call your bank and transfer money but don’t screw up and send to one of the other 19 LLCs) or you need money coming out of your eyeballs and all 20 LLCs are incredibly well capitalized (still, make sure you don’t mistakenly grab the debit card for LLC 3 instead of LLC 13).

Unless im mistaken I believe they have there own websites with SEO, tech support, and just about everything else to get my open units advertised online. 80% of people looking for a place to rent jump onto their computer or mobile device to find it, I want to make sure im getting my open listings exposed to that crowd.

As a newbie, I could have a 50% margin of error though, so it may only barely qualify as a 1% rule if I'm mistaken or at best may meet above and beyond 2%.As for living there, after we literally drove through there during daylight hours ... my fiancé finally realized he didn't want to live there lol.

The beauty of the CAP is in the eye of the beholder :)/In keeping with my knowledge that 61.3% of statistics are mistaken, I still say that "Art Form" ARV's are the same as saying EDUCATED 'guesses' (especially if there are few comps to go by).
