Population Migration/Employment Data: St.

I wound up calling the the NY State MLS and they told me that they cover the entire state and many of the brokerages are migrating over to them over time and are poised to becoming the default MLS for the entire state where they said the smaller MLSs will go away after some time.

Another strategy would be to evaluate macro trends on where people in the country seem to be migrating, and why. 

Mentioned, among other key determining factors in his investments and exit strategies, "affordability", "opportunity zones" and migration data. 

But aswell as alot of interprovincial migration, theres plenty that are leaving ontario aswell.

I on the other hand have been heavily looking at Hemet - as the overflow and high rents in LA and OC counties have been push some of the populations to migrate towards the outskirts of town.  

And there is still a lot of migration within the US, so I think you might continue to see some states grow and other states stay static, which is what we saw in the 2020 census.
