there are 2 types of structurs for canadian investors one for active investments active is something you are doing somthing to eg rehabs and one for inactive investments inactive are buy and hold properties investments that need less hands on intervention.

They do not contribute any funds to local animal shelters, and they do not go out on abandoned animal calls.So I see this announcement as nothing but an attempt at fund-raising by striking at guilt.The actual activities of the H$U$ is to raise funds to use for political lobbying to end all human use of animals: no pets, no farm animal, no zoos, no circuses, no rodeos, no medical research.If any of you feel compelled to make a donation to help abandoned animals, go down to you local shelter and give your money right there at the counter.
