Hey Albert,I think I can shed some light on your situation, but I will warn you that this is a very "inside baseball" explanation. 

I turned down a lot of happy hours, parties, baseball games, weekend trips, 8 hour sleeps, etc to get to where I am now but it is worth it.

It was this paradigm that formed the original curriculum of institutions like Harvard, Princeton, and other Ivy League schools—institutions to which I wouldn’t send my own children today.

Just like anything, your game has got to increase if you want to thrive in the bigger league. 

I feel like I’m not dating out of my league anymore with these sellers.

Unemployment is one of the highest in the state of PA but the town has 7 colleges,3 hospitals,  Wal Mart, triple A baseball team, Ski resort etc.

Several years ago an acquaintance of mine started investigating putting together a publicly held company in order to raise the funds to purchase a minor league sports franchise.

I'm sure baseball and traveling keeps you pretty busy. 

I'm interested in how they treat residential MFH (2-4 Units).Derrick Moore $750k minimum, ouch out of my league... for now.

Also, not sure if you heard of Columbia Commons, they are turning the old large medical center on Bull street into a 165 acre minor league baseball stadium and a huge shopping center.
