Hello all,I am closing on a duplex house hack shortly.I was going to put in new kitchens in to modernize the look of the place.But renovation costs have now become a bigger factor/concern than originally anticipated.I am trying to achieve the same result without the demo, disposal of old cabinets, plastering, tiling, painting and coordination associated with all of the above.The house is 8 years old and the kitchen cabinets are original and in fairly good condition (just a little dull looking).I would like a more modern look than the varnished wood finish of the cabinets currently in place.

The work needed is full electrical replacement, full plumbing replacement, 20K in foundation repair, lead paint removal, exterior siding and carpentry repair, roof repair, both bathrooms replaced, sheetrock work, second floor needs more bracing, asbestos siding was disturbed, workshop 25'x50' needs to be demoed, hvac install, stair repair, all carpet upstairs removed due to human and animal waste, and back porch repair.
