@Michael Plaks yes, it was July end and not June (thanks for correcting that) but I guess you are in high demand to stop accepting by June anyways.I did pay a bigger amount when I extended the filing date, so I don’t think I owe money to the IRS.

My premise to you would be this: You can learn almost everything you need to do real estate smart right here on these forums and it talking with other fellow investors (either here, or at your local real estate investment group), or in talking with a real estate focused fiduciary like a CPA.
