While I started out with RE investing I have taken alot of my cashflow from RE and put it in the stock market to diversfy, I absolutely love RE investing for alot of the reasons mentioned.

Out of that group you are looking at a smaller subgroup of people that LOVE Real Estate Investing (enough to put all of their 50-60% savings into).  

Property has beautiful trees and flat space for maybe a dozen to two dozen RV spaces.  3) The building has some old school charm but also was boxed out in the 70's with ugly T1-11 siding, and needs a fair bit of rehab.  4) The "RV park" would need power drops for each spot at minimum, water would be next level and sewer ... who knows.  5) Building was built in 1937, is about 1600 sq ft, has the old garage bays and concrete pad out front (maybe it was a filling station too)I know the things about buying right and the numbers and such, more just looking to see if you have any creative ideas about what the building could be used for, or alternative ideas for the RV park, and also cautionary thoughts.

Moved to a competitive city and didn’t do a single deal in a whole year, I love real estate and can’t stop thinking about it, There have been times where I think of quitting and I just remind myself why I started in the beginning.

But you have just as many dog lovers and Subaru owners. .

I just listed and sold a 5 bed/3 bath home down the street for $375k super charming.

That tells me most of us don't love real estate.

That's why I love real estate investing too - specifically rehabbing properties.

Clearly I am an animal lover, and pit bull lover. 

It's not crowded, it's so cheap, and it's charming!
