But while we are all in this state, Jill and Robert Berg are on a cruise, enjoying their lives to the fullest or at the casino, gambling.

Some are (IMHO) over-enthusiastic youngsters, some really are experienced savvy investors helping out others with advice,  HOWEVER it's also a site full of naive investors eager to get in the game.

Everywhere else they are illegal.Las Vegas/Nevada economy is very dependent on the hotels/casinos.

That area is great to rent out all year long because of the casino and horse track during the colder months and of course great for the summer time.

I had a tenant like that, he was a guard at a casino.

Maybe from getting creative and being able to rent them as corporate housing, or STR or student housing by the room or other "specialized" housing (halfway house, underground casino, bunny ranch).

Lots of long time locals (service industry folks, ski instructors, teachers, outdoor enthusiasts, etc) are being pushed out because long-time rentals are being sold & many people are moving up from wealthier areas like San Francisco and buying up properties that seem like a “deal” when compared to the Bay Area — deal in quotes because the median house price has increased by ~70% over the past year here.I have started thinking about the idea of building a tiny home village where the homes are tiny houses on wheels / chassis, and providing them at a reasonable rent.  

Many said they already know where to put their furniture by looking at the plans and I end up with less calls, but the calls are more enthusiastic.
