I then switched to a wholesale mortgage supplier and got another appraiser.

We were buying from Clayton's same supplier for a while.

Sounds like there are several unhappy customers of Neal Aviation (Garrett Neal is the owner of the company on record)  for being sold bad parts and they're burning suppliers with hot checks for parts for privately owned aircraft (in their more recent business reviews).

we were log suppliers not lumber suppliers.. 

I get volume discounts that I negotiated with my suppliers .

@Brandon StilesFlipping is one of the more difficult strategies in terms of time involved, skills needed, etc.Look for meetups or join the local chapter of the Real Estate Investors Association or join the very active Columbus (Coree) or Cincinnati (Reiagc) ones that are completely online to find mentors, partners and recommendations for vendors, suppliers, etc.Definitely taking action is important not just analysis but having a great network to support and bounce ideas off will be invaluable as you face hurdles.

I am looking to find a cabinet supplier that I can buy direct from.
