I believe the only way to get somewhat solid protection in this scenario is to have the title AND the loan in the LLCs name from the start (not in your name and then later quitclaiming it).

I am looking at a few things but recently have looked at Private Lending vs buying into syndication deals.With Private Lending I believe the returns would be better, but the effort would be more (finding the deals, managing the deals, etc).

I believe there's many other ways that have helped other investors.

Then evaluate what went right/wrong and execute at least four more BRRRRs in 2025.I believe the most effective approach to achieve a successful BRRRR strategy is to engage a skilled contractor with competitive pricing.

As for who should be doing your books, I am a big believer that you should have multiple people looking at your books.
