My first one was also during the first wave of the pandemic and I was so worried that I might lose since we're overbudget and also due to pandemic. 1st 2 buyers fell thru and I was just hoping for break-even.

I have been using Wave for a couple of days and, while the free version is great, it is more desinged for businesses with payroll, employees, etc...I just want a way to track the financials of the business without paying an arm and a leg.

Quebec has beautiful mountains and lakes, better than Ontario in my opinion but not as good as BC. with people fleeing the cities due to COVID, they have to go somewhere and Quebec is a nice place to live with many small towns near lakes and mountains.3) Montreal - one of the best cities in North America with a rapidly growing tech scene. this is already triggering an appreciation wave outward from Montreal.4) population boom?
